Our Top 10 Reasons why we Love Arbonne and choose them over and over again

I have used Arbonne products for about 4 years now and I don't think I will ever use anything else. I have seen such a difference in my skin and thus a huge change in my self-confidence. Recently my husband and I have branched into their nutrition products as I have ramped up on the business side of Arbonne and begun reaching for promotion as an Independent Consultant with Arbonne. I wanted to share my families' top 10 reasons why we love Arbonne and why we choose to use their products in our homes.

1. What goes on our body goes into our body. I don't need to pull out my anatomy text book from college for the simple realization that the lotion, sunscreen, foundation, etc that we place on our skin gets absorbed. It isscience, but not rocket science. When I first learned about Arbonne, I had started on a health kick on eating more whole foods and less processed foods, and really being vigilant about what I was putting into my body. I had no idea, until my first Arbonne presentation, that the same principles applied to what I was putting ON my body. Fillers, animal by-products, gluten, synthetics, parabens, artificial dyes and fragrances, the list goes on and on. None of that needs to be in my skincare or cosmetics.

2. Because they work better than anything I've tried. I have had super sensitive skin for years. I used to get my little sisters in trouble because all you have to do is touch me and I welt up. Give me a bar of soap and a washcloth and my face turns into a tomato. I've tried too many cleansers, toners, scrubs, to count and none have left me feeling anything but fiery red. The first time I tried Arbonne's Calm cleanser (formulated for extra sensitive skin) I was shocked. No redness, no welts, I looked fine! The mascara does not make my eyes itch and burn, something I have sucked up and dealt with for years-price of beauty right? Wrong! It doesn't have to be that way. You shouldn't want to claw your eyes out by 5pm every day because of your eye makeup. There's a better way.

3. I've learned more about science and myself. I knew from high school and college that our skin has a pH level and that level is slightly acidic to be a protective barrier (more like a lemon, less like bleach). But what I didn't know is that many skincare products and cosmetics out there throw off our skin's natural pH and cause problems like excess oil or dryness. I have a lot of excess oil, to the point where I thought moisturizers were the devil. Not so, I was just using the wrong products and not helping my skin out. Now moisturizer is something I don't go a day without. We have also learned more about ingredients to avoid in nutrition and skincare, the way our bodies work or get bogged down, and fair-trade practices.

4. They are cruelty-free in every sense of the word. Many companies out there will tell you that their products are not tested on animals and Arbonne's are not either. But Arbonne takes it a step further and keeps all animal products and byproducts out of their products as well. Not all companies can tote cruelty free and certified vegan. Arbonne also engages in fair-trade practices and sustainably harvests and gathers their ingredients. Sometimes that means products go on back orders because the ethical source has run out and a new one must be found, or the current one is slow to replenish, but knowing that slave labor or ripping the earth of needed resources isn't happening because of my purchase is comforting.

5. Arbonne is gluten free and vegan. Gluten is not just a sensitive or allergy ingredient in food but also in skincare and cosmetics. Many people with severe gluten allergies find they can not use topical products with gluten in them and I'm grateful for Arbonne being 100% gluten free from their nutrition to their skincare and cosmetics. I have a dairy intolerance after cutting it out of my diet for migraines. Finding a protein powder and other nutrition products that are tasty while being dairy free and not loaded in sugar or artificial ingredients has proved difficult. I also just don't feel the need for animal products to be in my skincare or cosmetics!

6. There is something for everyone. From our baby care line for the itty bittys to our anti-aging lines for women and one for men, an acne line to an every day skincare line, with options available in the lines for customization, we have skincare for every age and stage. We have a nutrition line and a sports nutrition line along with a 30 day program for jumpstarting clean eating. We have shampoos and other hair care products, shaving products for men, lotions, chapsticks, sunscreen, self-tanner, a whole spa line for self care, toothpaste, deodorant, and all kinds of cosmetics. My husband and I have replaced so many products in our home with the Arbonne version and we haven't tried a product yet that we haven't loved. And there are products at all price points, so if you are looking to give something as a gift, there are lots of options for those too.

7. Arbonne is on trend, but they've been doing the green thing before it was hip. Arbonne was started over 40 years ago and they have always had the notion of being Pure, Safe, and Beneficial. Using as naturally occurring products as possible in safe formulations to bring beneficial results to consumers. While everyone else is just now figuring out what ingredients to cut out of their products or how to be more green, Arbonne has been doing this for decades, and smashing the competition in the process.

8. Arbonne's ingredient policy is ever evolving. Arbonne knows that science and research is ever changing. New ingredients are discovered, studies are performed about current ingredients, and thus products need to be reformulated. Our scientific advisory board and product design team have never intended to sit back idle and be content with what they have created. Our women's anti-aging line was just re-launched in April after a 3 year long process of re-design. Ingredients were taken out and new ones (like orange stem cells) were put in to make the products cleaner and more beneficial. A company that's continuing to strive to be better each and every day is certainly one I can stand behind.

9. It's fun! Who doesn't love getting together with friends and being pampered. The number one line I hear as people dip their feet into an Arbonne's foot soak at a pamper party is, "wow did I need this!" We all have crazy lives no matter if we work in the home or professional setting or both, have children or not, the season of year, we are all busy!! It is so great to take time for yourself and relax with a few girlfriends and some awesome spa products!

10. Investing in your skincare and health pays dividends for years to come. Another network marketing consultant told me one time that she wished she had known to take care of her skin in her 20s so that she didn't have to spend nearly as much time and money in her 40s. I'm not promoting vanity by any means, but I am promoting self-care and wellness. Your skin and gut are your body's first lines of defense against illness, so take care of them. Wrinkles are way easier to prevent than they are to erase!
